Sitio precioso al lado de la playa, bonitas vistas y además con la brisa marina se está genial. El local está muy bien decorado, todo muy chillout. La comida rica y abundante, el precio bien si tenemos en cuenta que se encuentra al lado de la playa y ahí todo es más caro. Hacen sesiones de musica en directo los jueves por la noche (otro punto positivo) ~ Andrea

Einfach mal was anderes. Die Kreationen des Koches sind einfach nur genial. Wer Fisch und Meeresfrüchte liebt kommt hier auf seine Kosten und hat diese wahrscheinlich noch nie so gegessen wie hier. Es ist preislich ein bisschen teurer wie andere portugiesische Restaurants in Armacao de Pera, aber der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. Frische und Kreativität stehen an erster Stelle. ~ Marius B

Ganz wundervolles kleines Strandrestaurant. Super freundlich und das Essen war außerordentlich gut. Hühnchen Pak Choi schmeckte perfekt Umami und Hühnchen süß sauer mit frischer Ananas und Koriander Reis auch besonders lecker. Obwohl es nicht auf der Karte stand bekam ich ein Glas Cava von guter Qualität. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer! Super Preis Leistung ~ Christmas S

An unforgettable experience in the Algarve! This restaurant is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. The location is absolutely unique, with a breathtaking view over the beach, perfect to enjoy at sunset. The food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation — fresh, carefully prepared and full of detail. The oysters were a highlight: incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is hard to put into words: warm and welcoming. As night fell, we were treated to live music right above the ocean, with a golden light embracing us and making the whole setting feel truly magical. Without a doubt, this is a place not to be missed in the Algarve. One of the best gastronomic experiences we’ve ever had. A huge THANK YOU to the outstanding staff! ~ Márcio S

Couple Français ayant entendu parler en bien de ce restaurant tout proche de la mer, nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le service ainsi que la propreté, sans parler de la musique tout est parfait. Ne parlons pas des plats. Filet d'espadon avec mangue et Filet de saumon avec maracuja excellents. N'hésitez pas, allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus. Viviane et Jean-Luc le 26 Juin 2025. ~ JLT

Foi difícil sair deste sítio mágico e charmoso. Mesmo em Janeiro o calor transmitido pelo mix de qualidade, atendimento e o sabor dos pratos servidos não deixaram o frio ser sentido :). A decoração, a vista, os sabores que deixam a mente num estado de alegria e o serviço..... 47 anos de vida e fico feliz de ter tido esta experiência degustativa e visual. Sítio para voltar. ~ Joel W

Sehr leckeres Restaurant direkt am Meer gelegen. Man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Strand und den Atlantik. Von außen unscheinbar, von innen mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet.Großartiger und netter Service, der alles möglich macht. Wir hatten das Thunfischsteak und den Schwertfisch. Beide Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber. ~ Mathias J

Restauracja świetnie położona przy samym oceanie. Bardzo dobrze dobrany wystrój i klimat resuracji podkreślające całe otoczenie. Miejsca były dostępne, obsługa bardzo miła i zamówione dania : grilowany kalmar w sosie szefa kuchni i sałatka cezar smakowały wyśmienicie. Ciekawa baza koktajli,których niestety nie próbowaliśmy. ~ Jakub K

Restaurant très accueillant et repas délicieux. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée avec vue sur l’océan. Des vins à des prix abordables et des plats très bien cuisinés. Le seul petit inconvénient est le prix qui est peut être un peu élevé pour le Portugal. Cela reste une superbe expérience tant en terme de qualité de cuisine que d’ambiance. ~ Owen C

Hemos pedido dos cócteles, un piña colada y un mojito,¡ deliciosos!. Para comer un arroz Tailandes y un pac tai, para los niños unos nuggets de pollo rebozados con tempura y una hamburguesa. Para acompañar un vino blanco del algarve muy rico, aromático y no muy seco, para terminar unos helados y un café con leche. El lugar precioso, el ambiente tranquilo y la atención inmejorable. O ambiente é divinal e para completar a vista maravilhosa o atendimento é perfeito e a comida tem um sabor incrível. Os valores são justos . É dos melhores do Algarve. Detalhe importante o proprietário é músico e faz o ambiente ficar recheado de bem estar . O proprietário também apoia a arte tendo como decoração obras de arte pintadas a mão . Wir waren heute zum Lunch hier – traumhafter Platz mit Blick aufs Meer. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Shrimps in Brandy-Soße waren top, genauso die Tempura-Shrimps mit süß-saurer Soße. Der Sangria war hervorragend, erfrischend und nicht zu süß. Als nette Überraschung gab es zum Abschied noch eine Muschel geschenkt. Sehr empfehlenswert – super Essen, toller Service und faire Preise! ~ Jonathan

Genial restaurante. Nos atendieron muy bien después de ser despreciados por nuestro aspecto en el restaurante que hay un poco antes. La comida de muy buena calidad, La dorada espectacular, hay opción vegana. Gente joven y con ganas de trabajar. El lugar está a pie de playa. Es un sitio muy recomendable. ~ Pedro H

This place is absolutley high level. They really created a peace of paradise there :). We ate here for dinner and the food was insanely good! I never had souch good sea food anywhere and for this amount of money.. I don't know how they do it, but I'm onestly thankful for got served here. And if the high class food wouldn't be enough they garnished everything we a special vibe, not only via the setting of the location but in how the service interacts with you. The guy whos running this place is a soul of a person and you feel that everywhere around you while eating there. I realy loved it and i hope to be back again soon! Ganz wunderbares, fein abgeschmecktes Essen in einem netten Restaurant direkt am Strand. Auch die Homemade Lemonade war sehr lecker. Man schmeckt, dass viel Mühe in den Details stecken. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, angenehme Musik. Wir sind bis spät abends geblieben, dann sieht man die beleuchteten Schiffe, die die Squids fangen. Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Parkplätze gibt es oben am Strand. ~ aney

Nous avons trouvé par hasard cet endroit pour boire une sangria qui était délicieuse et nous sommes restés dîner tellement on s'est bien senti, un décor tropical, attentionné, une cuisine délicieuse pleine de saveurs, un service très chaleureux et qui accepte les chiens 🐶🥰❤️ Une vue sur la plage et la mer, tout est parfait 👌 ~ Philippe C

Ce petit restaurant ne paie pas de mine mais vaut le détour. Il est situé en bout de la plage et offre une vue agréable au coucher du soleil. La décoration est vraiment originale. La carte mets en évidence les poissons et les fruits de mer, certaines préparations sont originales avec un touche asiatique ou indienne. Nous y avons très bien mangé. ~ Eric D

Definitely 5 stars! All the staff were so wonderful & kind - when it started to rain a little, they immediately catered for everyone & lowered the adjustable walls & put them up again as soon as the sun was back out. A stunning view of the sea & the interior has so much charm - it's super cosy there. The service was really fantastic, the timings of everything was great & the food was delicious, you could tell how much care & thought is put into every dish. We had 2 starters, shared a main & a dessert & had a few drinks & ended up spending a good 2.5h there. We had a fabulous time & highly recommend Calixtos to anyone who visits the area! Ambiente incrível, mesmo em cima da praia, com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. O staff é super simpático e atencioso, sempre de sorriso no rosto. Das Calixtos Beach Bar & Restaurant ist unser absolutes Lieblingslokal in Armação de Pêra. Das Essen ist top, das Personal ist super nett und…. wir lieben den Vinho Verde Rosé! Freitags wird live musiziert und die Hintergrundmusik im Lokal ist vom Feinsten. Jedes Jahr ein Muss für uns! Unsere Bewertung: 6 von 5 Sternen 😊 ~ Klaus R

Das beste Restaurant, welches wir bisher in unserem Urlaub an der Algarve besucht haben. Wir waren jetzt das Zweite Mal hier, und es war wieder eine 10/10. Wir hatten Pad Thai, Schwertfisch, Thunfischsteak und verschiedene Desserts. Jedes Gericht war einfach unfassbar lecker. Auch die Cocktails waren super. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, schönes Ambiente, mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es ist nicht günstig aber es lohnt sich für das, was man geboten bekommt. ~ M H

Ganz tolle Strandbar. Waren spontan mit 11 Personen da und es wurden uns ganz unkompliziert 2 Tische direkt an der tollen Aussicht fertig gemacht. Essen und Trinken war alles bestens und zeitlich auch gut getimt. Auch wurde immer gefragt ob alles okay ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! ~ Michael B
